Innaltech, as part of its line of innovative, high value-added, and technically efficient products, launches Lambda: a new aluminum door system for interior residential use. The design of Lambda focused mainly on three objectives: versatility in construction solutions, careful design, and ease of manufacturing and installation.
This is a specific series for interior passage doors. It is a very versatile system that allows the manufacture of both hinged and sliding doors, with either aluminum or wooden leaves, featuring all screws concealed and a high-quality finish.
The Lambda system starts from a frame with a telescopic casing bead that allows it to fit different wall thicknesses.
In the aluminum leaf version, the leaf can be fitted with glass, fixed or movable slats, wood or aluminum panels, or a combination of these. The maximum thickness of glass or panel the leaves can accommodate is 25 mm, or 12 mm with a reducer.
In the wooden leaf version, it supports leaf thicknesses from 35 to 40 mm, and hinges can be installed either integrated into the frame with concealed screws or surface-mounted.
A distinctive feature of the Lambda system is that all screws are hidden using special clip-on covers. Additionally, to enhance acoustic insulation, the system includes a perimeter rubber gasket and has the option to adapt a rebate profile on the leaf.
Innaltech supplies the complete range of accessories for this system. All of our systems are integrated digitally in terms of material breakdown, cutting optimization, manufacturing sheets, and labels for CE marking. Automation of cutting and machining in machining centers is also possible. The software is available in Spanish, Catalan, and French.
