• Frame, wheel holder, and pivot axle made of aluminum 6063T5.
• Possibility of anodized finish for the entire assembly.
• Needle bearings with the option of Corrotect® anticorrosive finish.
• Wheel axles of 6, 8, and 10 mm made of AISI 420 stainless steel.
• Stainless steel A2 fasteners throughout the system.
• Wheels manufactured with special extruded resins highly resistant to wear from friction and crushing under weight.
• Certified according to UNE-EN 1670:2007 and UNE-EN 1670:2007/AC:2008 for the “Durability Test of 25,000 cycles” and “Static Load Resistance Test at room temperature” on product families 10, 15, 20, 30, and 35, conducted by Applus Laboratories.
• Certified under UNE-EN 13126-15 for the “Accelerated Corrosion Test in a neutral salt spray chamber” on anodized bearings, performed by Applus Laboratories, with a Grade 5 classification.
