Sliding bearings

Recommended bearing type for sliding doors of large dimensions and weights. Specially designed to be used in Channel 16, both in PVC and aluminum. Ideal for the manufacture of minimalist sliding doors.

The range of Woorbel bearings provides an adequate response to the demanding needs of the market. Whether with or without thermal break, corrosion-resistant, or of small or large dimensions, they always offer excellent performance in terms of weight capacity and smooth sliding.

One of Woorbel’s differentiating factors is its ability to customize the system according to each client’s specific requirements.

 

GENERAL FEATURES:

  • Frame, wheel holder, and tilting axle made of aluminum 6063T5.
  • Possibility of anodized finish for the entire assembly.
  • Needle bearings with the option of Corrotect® anticorrosive finish.
  • Wheel axles of 6, 8, and 10 mm made of stainless steel AISI 420.
  • Stainless steel A2 fasteners throughout the system.
  • Wheels manufactured from special extruded resins with high resistance to friction wear and weight compression.
  • Certified UNE-EN 1670:2007 and UNE-EN 1670:2007/AC:2008 in the “Durability Test of 25,000 cycles” and “Static Load Resistance Test at room temperature” for product families 10, 15, 20, 30, and 35 carried out by Applus Laboratories.
  • Certified UNE-EN 13126-15 in the “Accelerated corrosion test in a neutral salt spray chamber” on anodized bearings, performed by Applus Laboratories, with a grade 5 classification.
