Recommended Bearing Type for Sliding Systems With or Without Thermal Break, for Small-Sized Sashes

 

Woorbel’s range of bearings offers an effective response to the demanding needs of the market. Whether designed with or without thermal break, corrosion-resistant, or for small or large sash sizes, they always deliver outstanding performance in terms of load capacity and smooth sliding.

 

One of Woorbel’s key differentiators is its ability to customize systems according to each client’s specific requirements.

 

 

GENERAL FEATURES:

  • Frame, wheel holder, and pivoting axle made of aluminum 6063T5
  • Option for anodized finish on the entire assembly
  • Needle bearings with optional Corrotect® finish
  • Stainless steel AISI 420 wheel axles in 6, 8, and 10 mm diameters
  • All fasteners made of A2 stainless steel
  • Wheels manufactured from special extruded resins offering high resistance to wear from friction and deformation under heavy loads
  • UNE-EN 1670:2007 and UNE-EN 1670:2007/AC:2008 certified by Applus Laboratories for Durability Test (25,000 cycles) and Static Load Resistance Test at room temperature on product families 10, 15, 20, 30, and 35.
  • UNE-EN 13126-15 certified by Applus Laboratories for Accelerated Corrosion Test in Neutral Salt Spray Chamber on anodized bearings with Grade 5 classification.

MAXIMUM SASH WEIGHT 100 kg always single. Maximum sash weight certified according to UNE-EN 13126-15:2008 by Applus Laboratories, test no. 17/14926-1593S.
PROFILE DIMENSIONS Width L: From 15.9 to 25.3 mm without thermal break.
Height H: Minimum 17.5 mm with 4.5 mm wheel adjustment.
ROLLING BAND Extruded special resins with high wear resistance.
Available diameters: 18 / 20 / 22 mm.
BEARING High-quality needle bearing.
Optional Corrotect® anti-corrosion finish.
BEARING AXLE 6 mm diameter axle in AISI 420 stainless steel.
