The Magna system is the result of a continuous search for imaginative technical solutions that meet the quality standards required by CE regulations and the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). The Magna closing system uses the patented “Dual Magnetic System” technology, which consists of a double central gasket. In addition to the traditional EPDM gasket, magnetized gaskets with different electric charges are incorporated. The Dual Magnetic System not only ensures excellent sealing and stability performance but also achieves a significant reduction in the U-value and sound transmission of the window.
Outward opening European channel window with thermal break (RPT), featuring a 67 mm frame and 78 mm sash. The main innovation of this series is the inclusion of the DUAL MAGNETIC SYSTEM. This system incorporates magnetic gaskets to enhance the window’s airtightness and acoustic attenuation, while also reducing the thermal transmittance. The application of magnetic sealing in windows is a novel concept in the industry.
Tests performance results:
According to the CTE (Technical Building Code), which establishes minimum thermal performance requirements based on geographical zones, this series is suitable for climate zones A and B. For zones D and E, the use of insulated glazing is recommended.
The frame profiles feature a clipping system that allows for easy positioning of auxiliary profiles such as trim covers, drip caps, or frame connectors.
Innaltech supplies the full range of accessories for this system. All our systems are fully integrated digitally, including material breakdown, cutting optimization, production sheets, and CE marking labels. In addition, cutting and machining can be automated in CNC machining centers. The software is available in Spanish, Catalan, and French.
