Nexus 105

Perimeter and in-line lifting and sliding

Its robust and rigid profiles allow for wide openings with good airtightness, and its lift-and-slide system supports weights of up to 150 kg per leaf. Its modern aesthetics and value for money make it suitable for the most demanding customers. The closing system is double: the first is done through a front closure with EPDM seals, and the second uses TRI-FIN brushes.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

 

Lift-and-slide perimeter system with a 106 mm frame, offering good performance in test benches and fast, simple manufacturing. Due to the leaf dimensions, it is especially suitable for sliding windows up to 2300 mm.

 

The test bench results have been as follows:

  • Air permeability: 3
  • Water tightness: 6A
  • Wind load resistance: C1
  • Acoustic attenuation: 32 dB

 

The bearings operate with needles and are available in single and tandem versions. All can be adjusted vertically, and the tandem version can support up to 150 kg per leaf. Innaltech supplies the full range of accessories for this system. All our systems are integrated digitally regarding material breakdown, cut optimization, manufacturing sheets, and CE marking labels. Additionally, it is possible to automate cutting and machining in machining centers. The software is available in Spanish, Catalan, and French.
