Nexus 145 RPT

Perimeter sliding door with RPT

Robust and rigid profiles allow for wide openings with good airtightness, and its lift-and-slide system supports weights of up to 400 kg per sash. Its modern aesthetic and value for money make it suitable for the most demanding clients. The closing system is double: the first is a frontal closure with EPDM seals, and the second uses TRI-FIN felts. Stainless steel tracks allow for smooth sliding and durability, even with the heaviest sashes.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Lift-and-slide perimeter system with thermal break (RPT), featuring a 145 mm frame that offers good test performance and quick, easy manufacturing. Especially suitable for windows and balcony doors up to 2300 mm in height.

Test results in the lab have been as follows:

  • Air permeability: Class 3
  • Water tightness: Class 7A
  • Wind load resistance: Class C1
  • Acoustic attenuation: 32 dB
  • Frame thermal transmittance: 3.9 W/m²K

According to the CTE (Technical Building Code), which sets minimum thermal performance requirements depending on geographic location, this series is suitable for all climate zones, although in zones D and E, insulated glass must also be installed.

The bearings use needles and are available in single and tandem versions. All are vertically adjustable, and the tandem version can hold up to 300 kg per sash. For more information about bearings, visit www.woorbel.com.

All our systems are digitally integrated regarding material breakdown, cutting optimization, fabrication sheets, and CE marking labels.
