Sliding doors

Nexus 60

Very versatile perimeter slide

Aesthetically, it is based on the combination of elliptical lines. It is an ideal system for those seeking harmony of shapes and good sealing at an unbeatable cost with easy and fast installation.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Maximum leaf weight: 100 kg
  • Base frame dimensions: 60 mm, height up to: 1500 mm
  • Maximum glass thickness: 21 mm
  • General profile thickness: 1.4 mm

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Perimeter sliding system with a 60 mm frame that offers good performance in laboratory tests and fast, simple manufacturing. Due to the leaf dimensions, it is especially suitable for sliding windows up to 1500 mm.

The laboratory test results are as follows:

  • Air permeability: 3
  • Water tightness: 4A
  • Wind load resistance: C1
  • Acoustic attenuation: 33 dB

The frame thermal transmittance is 6.6 W/m²K. According to the CTE (Technical Building Code), which requires minimum thermal performance depending on geographic location, this series is especially suitable for climate zones A and B, although with sufficiently insulating glass it could also be installed in zones C, D, and E.

To increase sealing and thermal and acoustic insulation, it includes an inverted U-shaped polyamide profile that allows drainage along the entire length of the lower frame, not just on the exterior side. This innovation is patented and present throughout the sliding window range.

The bearings use needle rollers and are available in single and tandem versions. All are vertically adjustable, and the tandem version can support up to 150 kg per leaf. Bearing replacement can be done without opening the window sash. For more information about the bearings, you can visit www.woorbel.com

The frame profiles feature a clipping system that allows easy positioning of auxiliary profiles such as cover strips, drip caps, or frame joints.

Innaltech supplies the complete range of accessories for this system. All our systems are digitally integrated in terms of material breakdown, cutting optimization, manufacturing sheets, and CE marking labels. Additionally, automation of cutting and machining in machining centers is possible. The software is available in Spanish, Catalan, and French.
