It introduces as a novelty the possibility of using a panoramic mullion, providing a larger glazed surface and a minimalist aesthetic. It is the bigger sister of the Nexus 60, inheriting its aesthetic lines, but the Nexus 70 allows for larger openings and heavier glass, all at a balanced price and with great ease of assembly.
Perimeter sliding system with a 70 mm frame that offers good performance in test benches and fast, simple manufacturing. Due to the leaf dimensions, it is especially suitable for sliding windows up to 2300 mm.
The test bench performance results are as follows:
The frame’s thermal transmittance is 6.6 W/m²K. According to the CTE (Technical Building Code), which requires minimum thermal performance depending on geographic location, this series is especially suitable for climate zones A and B. However, with sufficiently insulating glass, it could also be used in zones C, D, and E.
To increase tightness and thermal and acoustic insulation, it features a polyamide profile in the shape of an inverted U that allows drainage along the entire length of the bottom frame, not just the part facing outside. This innovation is patented and present throughout the entire sliding range.
The bearings operate with needles and come in single and tandem versions. All can be vertically adjusted, and the tandem version can support up to 150 kg per leaf. The bearing can be replaced without opening the window leaf. For more information about the bearings, visit www.woorbel.com
The frame profiles have a clipping system that allows easy positioning of auxiliary profiles such as cover strips, drip edges, or frame joints.
Innaltech supplies the complete range of accessories for this system. All our systems are integrated into computer software regarding material breakdown, cutting optimization, fabrication sheets, and CE marking labels. Automation of cutting and machining in machining centers is also possible. The software is available in Spanish, Catalan, and French.
