The structural profiles are made of extruded aluminum alloy ENAW 6060/63, which is the most suitable aluminum composition for building systems due to its high extrudability. The general profile thickness is 1.6 mm, although areas requiring greater structural strength are made with thicknesses exceeding 2 mm.
The door panel fully covers the leaf, leaving only the frame exposed. The standard panel composition consists of a 2 mm aluminum sheet on the exterior, an 8 mm water-resistant marine board, nearly 70 mm of high-quality extruded polystyrene (density 40/45), and a final 2 mm aluminum sheet on the interior side of the door.
