Practic 54 RPT

European chamber casement window, or 16 mm channel, with thermal break (RPT)

The modification of the base width by replacing the 14.8 mm polyamides with 24 mm ones has resulted in a significant increase in thermal and acoustic insulation. The central gasket was also modified to adapt to the new configuration, and the consequent increase in the drainage chamber has allowed achieving first-class watertightness values. This is a balanced system, optimal for areas with significant temperature fluctuations.

Technical features

Casement window with European channel with thermal break (RPT) with a 54 mm frame and 61 mm sash.

The performance results from the test bench are as follows:

  • Air permeability: 4
  • Watertightness: E1050
  • Wind load resistance: C5
  • Acoustic attenuation: 34 dB

 

The frame thermal transmittance is 3.0 W/m²K. According to the CTE (Technical Building Code), which requires minimum thermal performance depending on geographic location, this series is suitable for all climatic zones A and B; however, for zones D and E, the use of insulating glass is recommended.

The frame profiles include a clipping system that allows easy positioning of auxiliary profiles such as cover trims, drip edges, or frame joints.

Innaltech supplies the full range of accessories for this system. All our systems are fully integrated digitally regarding material breakdown, cutting optimization, manufacturing sheets, and CE marking labels. It is also possible to automate cutting and machining in the machining center. The software is available in Spanish, Catalan, and French.
