Practic 65 RPT

European chamber practicable, or channel 16, with RPT

Evolution of the Practic system saga, inheriting all its outstanding technical and stylistic features. It incorporates an outer tubular frame with its corresponding reinforcement bracket, which provides greater robustness and significantly improves air resistance test values. This system is recommended for heavy or large glass panes, as well as for demanding clients who do not want to be penalized by high execution costs.

General information

  • Base frame dimensions: 65 mm, sash: 72 mm
    Maximum glass thickness: 55 mm
    General profile thickness: 1.4 mm

Technical features

Tilt-and-turn window with European groove and thermal break (RPT) with a 65 mm frame and 72 mm sash.

Test bench performance values have been as follows:

  • Air permeability: 4
  • Water tightness: E1350
  • Wind load resistance: C5
  • Acoustic attenuation: 33 dB

The frame’s thermal transmittance is 3.1 W/m²K. According to the CTE (Technical Building Code), which requires minimum thermal performance based on geographic location, this series is suitable for all climate zones A and B. For zones D and E, the use of insulating glass is recommended.

The frame profiles include a clipping system that allows easy positioning of auxiliary profiles such as trims, drip caps, or frame joints.

Innaltech supplies the full range of accessories for this system. All our systems are computer-integrated in terms of material breakdown, cutting optimization, manufacturing sheets, and CE marking labels. Additionally, automation of cutting and machining on CNC machines is possible. The software is available in Spanish, Catalan, and French.

The innovation of this system lies in the introduction of 39 mm polyamides with internal chambers. The sash polyamide is made of a new low-conductivity material called “low lambda.” It also features two central gaskets: one for water tightness and another for thermal and acoustic insulation. The entire assembly achieves a frame thermal transmittance of 1.5 W/m²K, undoubtedly an extraordinary coefficient.
