This system offers a greater glazed surface compared to traditional systems. It also gives the enclosure a uniform and functional aesthetic, since from the outside it is impossible to distinguish between the operable and fixed sashes. For these reasons, architects prefer this type of enclosure over conventional frame-and-visible-sash systems.
A minimalist system, it features a visible frame width of just 58.8 mm. This particular feature makes it one of the casement systems with the slimmest sections and, therefore, the largest glazed surface area on the market.
Thermal transmittance values are very low thanks to the use of 34 mm polyamides in the frame and a mixed plastic-aluminium sash, in addition to the reduced profile section which increases the impact of the glass. The new HT70·1290 sash allows for glazing up to 50 mm, making the system ideal for TRIPLEX glass installation. Exceptional sealing levels are achieved thanks to the triple gasket system.
European channel casement system with thermal break (RPT – Thermal Bridge Break).
Test performance results:
According to the CTE (Spanish Technical Building Code), which sets minimum thermal performance requirements based on geographic location, this series is suitable for a wide range of climates. Furthermore, the increased glazed area made possible by the slim profiles allows for even lower overall thermal transmittance values when using adequately insulating glass.
Innaltech provides the complete range of accessories for this system. All our systems are fully integrated digitally, including material breakdowns, cutting optimization, manufacturing sheets, and CE marking labels. Additionally, cutting and machining can be automated using a CNC machining center. The software is available in Spanish, Catalan, and French.
