Recommended Bearing Type for Sliding Systems With or Without Thermal Break, Designed for Very Small-Sized Sashes and High Load Performance

Woorbel’s range of bearings provides an adequate response to the demanding requirements of the market. Whether with or without thermal break, corrosion-resistant, or designed for small or large sash dimensions, they consistently offer excellent performance in terms of load capacity and smooth sliding.

One of Woorbel’s key differentiators is its ability to customize the system according to each client’s specific needs.

GENERAL FEATURES:

  • Frame, wheel holder, and pivot axle made of aluminum 6063T5.
  • Option for anodized finish on the entire assembly.
  • Needle bearings with optional Corrotect® anti-corrosion finish.
  • Wheel axles in 6, 8, and 10 mm diameters made of AISI 420 stainless steel.
  • Stainless steel A2 fasteners throughout the system.
  • Wheels manufactured from special extruded resins with high resistance to wear from friction and deformation under load.
  • Certified UNE-EN 1670:2007 and UNE-EN 1670:2007/AC:2008 for Durability Test (25,000 cycles) and Static Load Resistance Test at room temperature for product families 10, 15, 20, 30, and 35, by Applus Laboratories.
  • Certified UNE-EN 13126-15 for Accelerated Corrosion Test in Neutral Salt Spray Chamber on anodized bearings by Applus Laboratories, with Grade 5 classification.
