The OPACITY range offers two possible options: the “R” system and the “C” system.
The “R” system is an economical and secure solution, highly recommended for projects with continuous use such as schools or public facilities.
This system uses a 15×3 mm aluminum flat bar connected by a duralumin rivet.
The joining rivet, made of DURALUMIN, is fitted with a nylon bushing to prevent play and
friction, ensuring smooth rotation and guaranteeing long-term stability.
The “C” system uses a 10×10 mm square aluminum tube that connects the slats together, along with an aluminum pin that links the slats. This design allows the connection bar to be fixed from the front, making installation easier in any situation. Its double fastening prevents potential machining errors.
First, the final position is secured with a set screw, then a screw passes through the 10×10 mm aluminum tube to fix the pin. This permanent fastening guarantees perfect operation over time.
We provide several solutions for operating the slats, whether manually or motorized.
We always offer highly resistant locking closures with the capability to orient up to 120º. Materials such as aluminum are consistently used, allowing us to paint them in the same finish as the profiles, along with stainless steel components.
